What is your shipping policy?

All orders in the U.S. will be processed in 21 business days, and shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3 Business Days). That’s a 24 business day total. Emails with Tracking information will be sent to your corresponding email you input at checkout once the item is shipped.

DOMESTIC

We ship all U.S. orders via First Class shipping for the best price, because we hate waiting for packages too! The First Class shipping guarantees a minimal wait, and complete tracking, so you know exactly when to sit at your window and wait for your brand Imaginex Ears

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are also shipped via USPS or DHL. They give us an estimate of a 10-14 day delivery. We ship every where in the world with an address!

 ORDERS, EXCHANGES, & RETURNS

I have received the wrong item, or a damaged product.

Please write us an e-mail via our contact page so we can resolve the issue! All damaged/incorrect order cases must be started within 7 days of package arrival.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We do not offer any exchanges or returns. Please let us know if you have any issues with your order, and we will do our best to assist you! 

 WHEN WILL MY FAVORITE EARS OR tiara restock?

Our shop is fully stocked with single color items at all times, however all Princess Designs, Interchangeble Headbands and Multi Color Designs are extremely detailed and time consuming, so we are only able to make so many! That being said, these items sell out quickly, and we try to restock once a month with scheduled Openings of these more detailed items.

 Another way to keep up with shop openings and special releases, sales or giveaways is to join our mailing list below and following us through social media sites for updated stock info and new releases.
